I liked the expression and communication of both presenters. Gesticulation and liveliness in the recitation were consistent with the speech. The topics and their presentation were clear and comprehensible, concise, factual and to the point. I recommend! :)

Perfect set of basic methods, tools and insights for every worker not only in IT. Although I already knew many of the topics discussed, I see them from a different perspective thanks to WS. I also appreciate a number of practical exercises and examples. Thank you!

Among the topics that have been discussed, I was most interested in conflict resolution, when we analyzed the topic in detail and practically tested it. From the whole series of WS, I will take this topic the most into both work and personal life.

I was very impressed by the behavior of both lecturers since the beginning of the training - friendly behavior, tactics, all of which gained my trust and was easier to talk about. There were a lot of things that I bring into my personal and professional life. Overall, I have always been looking forward to training and would like to go through such training more. The trainers were great - a human and yet professional approach. Overall, I think the training will move me back to work and kicked me to read a book and continue working on myself: Thank you very much! :)

Throughout the course, I appreciated its interactivity and course adaptation to the needs and wishes of the participants.

I was surprised at how prompt and quick the lecturers could respond to questions during the course.

Although we did not discuss the topics in depth, I took a good overview of the basic procedures and know where and what information to look for.

Dasa and Radek prepared for us a series of three workshops on feedback, conflict resolution, effective team time planning.

I very much appreciate that the workshops were designed for our own needs. They were professionally guided and featured an appropriate mix of theory and practical exercises. I learned and tried a lot of new things, practices that I will surely use in my practice of the line manager. Thank you!

The ISIT team faced a major decision about the further development of its core product - the ISAD ERP system, less than a year ago.
The problem did not only concern the need to professionally define and manage the project related to the termination of the old system and the development of the new system.
The assignment for selecting an experienced professional in the field was much broader, putting this project into the context of profound changes in the entire team and organization of the company.
 
Of the three finalists of our tender, we chose professionals from the relatively new company PROJECT rePUBLIC. After almost a year of experience? It was a great choice.
For the time we worked with rePUBLIC, we managed to change and integrate important business processes in ISIT. We have completely changed the system of individual ratings with respect to newly defined individual and team goals.

And despite the necessary redefinition of the main project scope, we still continue.
In the market, many people claim to be able to manage the project. But with rePUBLIC it really works! 

Realization of PMO - Project Management Office : rules, documentation and processes

In the ČSAD group, we have come to a situation where it was necessary to solve a parallel growing number of developmental and strategic projects, or even programs.

We were looking for a way to ensure both the efficiency of managing all the interesting activities and a comprehensive and proven way to handle and deliver as expected.

The solution came in the form of implementation of the Project Office (PMO) as an independent team, as well as Project Methodologies tailored to our needs, priorities and business environment.

The cooperation with the PR was swift, quickly evolving our needs and environment and made the PMO aware of what is essential in the implementation of the projects to look at the important phases and what is not important, and it is possible to eliminate and limit the paperwork.
